The Davis Residence at Bakerfield is a master planned community of modern condominiums and affordable rental apartments located at 175 Deerfield Road in Newmarket, Ontario. The development includes two phases. Phase 1 is a 15-storey apartment complex, approximately 216,000 ft2 in size with 216 units and Phase 2 is a 15-story condominium, approximately 194,000 ft2, in size with 219 units. Each building will feature a combination of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units.
