The building is approximately 1.3 million square-feet and includes commercial office space, medical offices, retail space and various restaurants and amenities. 700 University Avenue was constructed in 1975 for Ontario Hydro and today it is owned by KingSett Capital, with Triovest Realty Advisors acting as a third-party property manager. The building achieved BOMA BEST Gold certification.
